• Christmas Fair

  First Christmas Fair for a while. Didn't our hall look amazing.  Thanks to the stall holders, parents and villagers for making it a success.  A great time was had by all and hopefully you managed to purchase some gifts. 

  

• Children In Need

  Children In Need 2019 is taking place on Friday 15th November.

  Children are invited to come to school wearing yellow for a voluntary donation of £1, with all funds raised going to the Charity.

• Nomadic Journey

  Key Stage Two had a fantastic time on their Nomadic Journey today.  They gathered firewood, hunted animals, ate nomadic root vegetables, ground seeds to make flour, gutted fish, built fires, cooked their fish and baked bread on sticks.  An amazing day, enjoyed by all.

  The children enjoyed participating in NSPCC assemblies and workshops today.  They engaged in age appropriate conversations linked to keeping themselves safe.

• Bacon and Sausage Butty Morning

  This morning we had a lovely start to the day.  Parents were welcomed into school to have breakfast with us and their children.  Well done to Miss Ross, Mrs Barnes and Mrs Riding for doing the cooking!

• Website Launched

  Welcome to our brand new school website by PrimarySite! We have created the website to keep parents up to date with school news and notices, and to showcase some of the great things our pupils are achieving. The website is extremely easy to edit by all staff at the school, so check back soon for new updates!

• British Gymnast Visit

  Danny Purvis Olympic Medalist British Gymnast visited school this afternoon and wowed the children.  Ranging from video demonstrations to live demonstrations, Danny inspired our children.

  He informed children about his journey to become an Olympic medalist and inspired them to want to do their best in everything they do.  Some of our own children took the opportunity to show off their own gymnastic skills!  All children participated in a sponsored circuit activity and thanks to the generosity of our families we were able to raise over £480.

• Toddler Group

  Toddler Group will now run on a Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 - 3:00.  Please come and take part in the activities, all are welcome. 

• Macmillan Coffee Morning
