Good evening,

I'm writing to you as I believe people are too quick to complain and do not take time to give credit enough where it is due.

I have just returned from a trip to the Warner Bros. Studios near London with my family. I was disappointed to see so many schools there with pupils who were rude and disruptive to other members of the public and their teacher turning a blind eye at their behaviour. 

Your school, however, stood out like a sore thumb with well behaved and polite children that were both a credit to yourselves and their parents. As a mum l with a son about to start school in September I hope that he behaves like a St Stephens pupil we it is his time to go on a school trip.

I am hoping this message will reach the right person and in turn the staff and pupils that were on the trip.
